Hi there. Pre-orders are released either on release day if there is no pre-load or close to release day usually when there is a pre-load. You can pre-order the game now and you'll be notified when the game is ready to be picked up.

One more clarifying question if thats alright. If the codes are made available on the release day, will Steam still acknowledge it as having been pre-ordered in order to obtain the pre-order bonus content?

Yes, these keys contain pre-order bonuses (as mentioned on the product page). They come directly from the publisher, so these are 100% legit as we are an official retailer partner for Bandai Namco :)
