If you have issues with your account you'll need to speak to ubisoft, but we have helped you in the past so saying we gave you a used key is false.

Hey maybe you shouldn't accuse of us giving you a used key. You've claimed the game on your ubisoft account in August 2024. If you have issues with your account please contact ubisoft support.
