I bought the deluxe edition yet it says it's just the remastered version on steam....where is the dlc i got with it?

Steam will never have a different edition name for different editions, but you do have the Deluxe. You can check this by right clicking the game > properties > Dlc and confirming it - or you can search your library for "Oblivion" to see the Artbbook / Soundtrack https://i.imgur.com/WhrH1df.png
For the content, that's available within the game.
