Hey all, it would seem that we're once again having issues with key deliveries. I apologize for this, currently we don't have an ETA for the fix as it's EU night hours and people are sleeping. We will add keys as soon as the issue is fixed - but if you do not want to wait you can request a refund from your account page.
Sorry for the trouble.
Update: We've fixed the issue again and keys are being delivered as normal.

replyI bought the deluxe edition yet it says it's just the remastered version on steam....where is the dlc i got with it?
replySteam will never have a different edition name for different editions, but you do have the Deluxe. You can check this by right clicking the game > properties > Dlc and confirming it - or you can search your library for "Oblivion" to see the Artbbook / Soundtrack https://i.imgur.com/WhrH1df.png
For the content, that's available within the game.
