Same.for me, paid, it shows failed and i still got reduced moneh from the order... wanted to play it now. And now i have to wait for a reply.

Once again we're having key delivery issues, sorry for this. We don't know how long it'll be as it's during EU night hours and people are sleeping. We will add keys as soon as things are working again, but if you don't want to wait you can request a refund from your account page.
