So I bought the game back in 2022 and was able to play. Now trying it again it's been replaced by Remastered and I can't download it at all, the download just fails immediately. I can't use the Steam/GOG voucher either because it's expired.
Not sure what you mean by no longer download, the files are still valid. The Remastered version was an upgrade to Steam/GOG,, which we handed out vouchers over a year ago as replacements. If you are having issues you can email [email protected]

I use the Gamesplanet Downloader from the game page in my library and it just fails and says Request Error 400 after selecting install location and pressing "Start".

Actually just checked again, the downloader is having issues I'll speak to our tech team. You can use the separate files in the meantime.
