So I bought the game back in 2022 and was able to play. Now trying it again it's been replaced by Remastered and I can't download it at all, the download just fails immediately. I can't use the Steam/GOG voucher either because it's expired.
I use the Gamesplanet Downloader from the game page in my library and it just fails and says Request Error 400 after selecting install location and pressing "Start".

Actually just checked again, the downloader is having issues I'll speak to our tech team. You can use the separate files in the meantime.

Didn't realize Remastered came out last year. I only just today saw a GOG banner for it and remember "Oh, I have that on Gamesplant, I wonder if I got the Remastered version free". Looks like I'm just late to the party. Thanks for trying to help though. I'll just use the separate files for now like you said.

Remastered came out yesterday, which is a free upgrade to existing owners on Steam/GOG etc. We provided vouchers to customers in Early 2024 when the publisher gained rights to the game again. If you missed that you can always email us via [email protected] and we'll see what we can do :)
Thanks for warning us about the downloader issue - have passed it onto our team to see if we can fix it.

Use the separate files. I have tested both just now and they are still working. You may have issues with a firewall or router causing issues - either way you can email our team if you need to. Only so much support we can offer here.
