No download button?
I bought the Deluxe Edition but under the "My Games" page I am unable to find any download button whatsoever. The box at the side that normally shows how to access your game is also completely blank.

I see no download button either. I've tried on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I have all adblockers off. I have no DNS filters.
Gamesplanet, has this really been an issue for almost a year with no fix?

EDIT: I'm not used to customer support actually being helpful; I feel bad for being so cranky now. Craig/GP responded quickly and this has been resolved for me. Thanks y'all!

I am unable to download the game. I have tried both, the download button as well as individual files. I have also tried turning off firewall while downloading, but I cannot get it to work. Any help is appreciated.

The game is not downloading successfully for me. I tried the installer and I tried downloading each file separately. When I tried downloading each file separatly, file two gave me the error.

I have the same problem with the standard edition - no download button - is this due to the copyright problems regarding this game - tried multiple browsers so that is not the issue
