Email confirmation system broken

I just created an account on Gamesplanet for the first time, made a purchase, and went to obtain the key and was told I must first confirm my email address via an email. I clicked to send the email confirmation 3 times, yet never received the email even after waiting a while.

I also confirmed the email address is correct, and checked my junk mail folder.

It appears your email confirmation system is broken, especially since I see a lot of other people have experienced the same thing.

Please confirm my email address.
