Wrong account, can we fix it ?

Hi, I bought 2 keys tonight for me and my friend, first key Ubisoft ask me the confirmation for checking if it was my account or not. And for the second key i just click enable key without checking the account and ubisoft didn't ask the same message.
Can somebody do something about it ? We both love this game but we don't have a lot of money
