So If I Bought This It Would Still Be TS2019?

I believe Train Sim 2019 may have some DLC packs included with the package, but I cannot confirm that.

replyThis is how Dovetail have decided to release their titles each year. It may contain some DLC that the recent edition does not though (but I can't confirm with you which DLC that is).

replyNo, it'll appear as Train Simulator in your library and download the latest updates regardless of which version you grab.
replyit would be smart if it asked you if you wanted to upgrade it instead of forcing you to have the latest version
replyYeah but sadly there's no such way to play older versions since everything is upgraded as each new edition comes out.
