Wrong email and how do i activate watch dogs legion

I accidentally Gabe a wrong email. This email Doesnt belong to me. My email is a 1 insgesamt of 2. I cant change it and how do i activate Watch dogs Legion. When i singend in Ubisoft through the link nothing happened. I dont know what to do. Pls help
