When can I reach you?

You can reach us by by email, Facebook and Twitter - On week days you will usually get an answer within the hour. We're available during the weekend, but we also take time to get some fresh air - so please don't be mad if the answer doesn't come as quickly as during the week. Please remember to include your order number in the support email, and a clear explanation of the problem so that we can help you immediately - then we won't play email ping-pong. We're a European team, so if you're from the US and it's evening there; we will most likely be in the land of nod. So wish us sweet dreams and we'll send you a quick reply in the morning :)

Who should I contact if I have a problem with the payment or download?

Contact us directly - Please remember to include your order number in the support email, and a clear explanation of the problem so that we can help you immediately.

Who should I contact if I have an in-game problem?

You should contact us first; we'll try to help you and search for known issues. If we can't fix it you can always contact the game's publisher as well. You can find a list of publisher contacts and their support addresses here: Publisher Support

What happens if I lose my email with the order?

No problem! Just login to your account and go to the "My games" page where you will find your purchases, including download links and activation keys.
