replyYeah i was checking the package earlier and saw that, however if you check the package for Elden Ring it also says that venezuela is locked and yet the keys work, why is that?
replyElden Ring were region locked between separate regions, like NA/EU. For this title its a ROW key like most Bandai releases.
Not sure which package you were looking at for Elden Ring, but our US store keys have always been valid for Venezuela: https://steamdb.info/sub/675954/
replyI understand and you are right i was checking the wrong elden ring package! In this case, would a VPN be a valid option for activating and playing the game? I still think is pretty wild that Venezuela is the only locked country, maybe they will drop that restriction after the game releases?
replyWe don't recommend a VPN as we can't offer support in the case of it having issues and it's at your own risk should you do that.
