Can we play the open beta with this ?
I wanna know because the pre-download starts today for all pre-orders but I can't see an open beta code anywhere

Yes, this is normal as we use Origin direct activation. It is official activation process.
Currently EA is experiencing issues and number of players are unable to pre-download the game. We are monitoring the situation and will provide a fix update once there's a know, reliable fix for the issue or EA solves it.
In the meantime you can see if the pre-download is working for you by going to Origin app, click Store, find the game and "Try it first". It should add the game to your library and allow for download. If this is not happening it means you are affected by the issue and need to wait for further update.

After downloading the beta its saying I either need to have EA play or pre order is it a EA or DICE Issue or because I bought it from a third party?

Well no matter I'm downloading the open beta through Steam so it should work anyways. Thank you for your answer, you have good customer support ^^ Its my first time using gamesplanet and I will definitely use it again
