I purchased through Gamesplanet and linked my Origin account but the game still doesn't appear in origin. I have the Beta installed and when started it gives the message with QR code to pre buy the game. Any help would be appreciated.
It was activated through my Gamesplanet account and now it is showing as not linked. Not sure why it keeps disconnecting it. I had it linked last night as well before the Beta even started but never had it show up in Origin.

If you've linked the account then that's half the step, you have to click the Green "Activate" button after linking - https://us.gamesplanet.com/support/23-activations/277-activation-with-origin-direct
Any issues with that either try another browser or email us for further help.

Ok that must have been it. Not sure why it took 6 security codes for it to finally connect to Origin but it finally got me the activate button. Thank you for the help.

No worries hope you enjoy the beta. As for security codes, if you've setup something like 2FA with your Origin account it may take extra work.
