Hello, I have some questions regarding the activation. After I purchase, I go to the library and activate it on Blizzard. Then I log in again and that is it?

replyNo, you don't need to fuss with that unless you want to play on other region servers later. Activate it on any Battle Net account (or make a new one) and play as you normally would :)
