there is a problem with your system that isnt changing the dollars to euros

replyi talk with my countrys paysafe card assistant and she told me that the problem isnt them and its your because its cant turn dollars into euros i tryied restarting every thing and didnt work

From further talks with our team it appears Greece may have a block in place by the Government and we cannot do anything about that.
You may want to try purchasing it from the DE/FR/UK store instead though.
replyIt may be a regional issue with paysafe as it should work for Euros (and indeed others have managed to do it). You could also try to topup your wallet with paysafe credit - https://us.gamesplanet.com/account/wallets
