replyRight away and you can refund at any time as long as you don't enable the order/activate game (this preorder gives you access to the activation).

replyYou can upgrade, but you'd have to buy the game again. There's no way to currently upgrade to a higher edition without spending the extra money. We may be able to do something nearer release though.
