No we don't sell Battle Net accounts, you connect the game to your existing (or new) account. No codes for the game exist on PC and we're working with Activision directly to distribute the game.

You can redeem directly on your Battle Net account after purchase yes, no codes are given however but we're working direct with Activision so do not worry :)
