The reason is because, the Japanese version doesn't have dismemberment in the game.
So I'm wondering if I could get dismemberment if I activate this one.
It can be activated on a Japanese account, however I do not believe you can overwrite it to give the uncensored version and you'd probably be best creating a non Japanese account.

replyDoes that mean that if you purchased from Japan on Battle.net, you can change the game to the uncensored version by changing the Address of the Basic info of Activision ID to something other than JP?
