I read the refund policy, but I am a bit confused. Can you play the game for 14 days and then you can refund it? Or once you download it, it is non-refundable?

replyYes the issue is affecting people but not all, we at least resolved your issue as best as we could. Hopefully we can reach out to Blizzard next week to get improvements on the system to ensure more people are able to activate correctly.

replyHey, did you check your Battle Net launcher? Please try logging out of the client completely and logging back in. You could also try rebooting your PC.
replyi checked again and restarted my computer and i still have nothing in me battle.net history
