After downloading I get an error screen saying "this account does not own call of duty modern warfare"
I did everything on the support pages including removing the folders in appdata etc. restarted the pc and app. still nothing.
Please fix this.

This is why you can't see it on your account. Once you've done that you'll be able to download.
