Update - 18th of September

Thank you for your continued patience. We managed to get all parties to agree to a solution. We are waiting for the publisher to provide replacement keys. Please bear with us as we don't have ETA on keys delivery from the publisher. Once we have them we plan to add them automatically to the accounts affected, so no further action will be required.

Thank you for your patience and for the many questions you’ve sent us about this issue. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a resolution. While we don’t yet have a final answer, we want to be transparent about what’s happening behind the scenes.

What we’re doing right now

• We’ve contacted the publishers to explore every option, including changing the locks on the batch of keys we received or having them replaced entirely.
• We’re actively following up with them and will share any confirmed information as soon as we can.
• We're looking into technical solutions on how to apply/deliver these changes to accounts affected.

Why this takes time
Giveaways like this involve multiple partners and contracts that limit how keys can be issued or exchanged. This sometimes means we cannot instantly replace or swap them with a different game. We know this is frustrating and are doing everything we can within these constraints.
