Steam code

Hello Gamesplanet Support,

I purchased and redeemed DOOM on your website, but I have not received my Steam key. When I open the game in my account, I see an error message saying that you could not unlock my order.

According to my order details:

• Game: DOOM (PC)
• Order date: October 28, 2026
• Order number: 509E170A386379
• Payment method: Wallet
• Price: $0.00

Your website says that your team has been notified about the issue. Could you please investigate this problem and provide my Steam key as soon as possible?

I would appreciate a quick resolution. Thank you for your help.

Best regards
