I purchased and redeemed DOOM on your website, but I have not received my Steam key. When I open the game in my account, I see an error message saying that you could not unlock my order.

Your website says that your team has been notified about the issue. Could you please investigate this problem and provide my Steam key as soon as possible?

Did you receive voucher from Lenovo? Did you follow the steps outlined in the instructions page? Did you enter the voucher on the checkout page, clicked "redeem" button and noticed your price drop to 0$?

If you went ahead and used your card to pay for the item that's fine we can issue refund for as long as you did not enable your order (see the key) once you've seen the key we can no longer offer a refund.
