Delivery experience

Very positive experience even though an unexpected issue arose.
I ordered the game a few hours ago but the order process failed at the issuance step.
I received an email regarding this error before I even noticed what happened ensuring me they are working on it to get it resolved. A few hours later I received another email stating it was resolved and it indeed was. All in all a great experience as they did an amazing job at resolving the issue without me needing to reach out to them first :)

Sorry about the initial delivery issue, it was not something that was planned and we did our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Hope you can enjoy the game when the premium launches later today!

I didn't mind the issue at all, I understand that unexpected problems can always arise. I made this post to commend the way it was handled. Quick reach out before I even noticed something went wrong and an update once it was resolved. Not much more one can ask for service wise!
