Delivery experience

Very positive experience even though an unexpected issue arose.
I ordered the game a few hours ago but the order process failed at the issuance step.
I received an email regarding this error before I even noticed what happened ensuring me they are working on it to get it resolved. A few hours later I received another email stating it was resolved and it indeed was. All in all a great experience as they did an amazing job at resolving the issue without me needing to reach out to them first :)

I didn't mind the issue at all, I understand that unexpected problems can always arise. I made this post to commend the way it was handled. Quick reach out before I even noticed something went wrong and an update once it was resolved. Not much more one can ask for service wise!
