Hello, I am new to this platform and I have some questions to be sure about purchasing this edition that I am very interested in, to be sure about making the purchase I would like to know if you deliver the steam key when making the purchase or if I still have to wait, I say this because that is the complaint that I have seen the most in old comments and I would not like to make the purchase and then have to wait for them to send me the key, that causes me uncertainty, and my other question is, through what means will we receive the steam key, via gmail or idk, and excuse my ignorance I am new and I just want to be sure before making the purchase.
replyWe're still waiting for the publisher to send over keys, but you'll get it as soon as they arrive. Which old comments are you looking at? We've been working with the publisher for many years and have been on time in the past. Generally you'll get keys in time for a preload (if one happens), or for launch (including Early access launches).
We never send keys via email for security, but you will get an email when your key is ready for pickup. We're still waiting to see if the publisher is having a preload or not, but you'll get your key in time :)
