We're still waiting for the publisher to send over keys, but you'll get it as soon as they arrive. Which old comments are you looking at? We've been working with the publisher for many years and have been on time in the past. Generally you'll get keys in time for a preload (if one happens), or for launch (including Early access launches).

We never send keys via email for security, but you will get an email when your key is ready for pickup. We're still waiting to see if the publisher is having a preload or not, but you'll get your key in time :)
