Purchased the deluxe edition to play 3 days early, season pass ect but I can't get the key? Only asking because some people say whenever people start preloading you should have keys, but people are already preloading but no key? No green button , only if I would like to refund or gift this order.
replyHey, there's still 2 weeks until release (the deluxe early access begins the 7th). There's no preload available on pc yet but you'll get the key in time for the start of the early access or earlier depending on when the publisher sends keys.

replyIt says it won't work in your region Can you exchange it with codes that support our regions because I don't want to ask for a refund because you are the best price store and most likely I won't get my code from other stores.
replyHey, we were informed yesterday by the publisher that the lock situation would be changed and have adapted as best as we can. We're still discussing internally what we can do for customers affected. If we have to refund those affected we will do that of course, but we're looking at other options as well.

replyThe game is still under pre order : Keys will be sent by the publisher nearer launch, in time for the early access (usually when a preload occurs - if one does). Still a few months out :)
