replyNever mind! Fully quitting and reopening steam fixed the issue! You can't just close the window, you have to fully exit

replyThat's normal, steam will never display a different advanced access date but you can play in under 2 hours from now.

replyYou have the right version, steam will only display the official release date even if you have early access. When you claim the key you can confirm the version you have.
replyHello, I am new to this platform and I have some questions to be sure about purchasing this edition that I am very interested in, to be sure about making the purchase I would like to know if you deliver the steam key when making the purchase or if I still have to wait, I say this because that is the complaint that I have seen the most in old comments and I would not like to make the purchase and then have to wait for them to send me the key, that causes me uncertainty, and my other question is, through what means will we receive the steam key, via gmail or idk, and excuse my ignorance I am new and I just want to be sure before making the purchase.
replyWe're still waiting for the publisher to send over keys, but you'll get it as soon as they arrive. Which old comments are you looking at? We've been working with the publisher for many years and have been on time in the past. Generally you'll get keys in time for a preload (if one happens), or for launch (including Early access launches).
We never send keys via email for security, but you will get an email when your key is ready for pickup. We're still waiting to see if the publisher is having a preload or not, but you'll get your key in time :)
replyPurchased the deluxe edition to play 3 days early, season pass ect but I can't get the key? Only asking because some people say whenever people start preloading you should have keys, but people are already preloading but no key? No green button , only if I would like to refund or gift this order.
replyHey, there's still 2 weeks until release (the deluxe early access begins the 7th). There's no preload available on pc yet but you'll get the key in time for the start of the early access or earlier depending on when the publisher sends keys.
