That's how Steam displays the full release date but you have the right version.

When you activate it'll tell you what version you have, plus you can check it here https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/

oh okay the link u sent says i have ultimate edition, i expected the title on steam game page to say sparking! zero : ultimate editon
