Hello! The pre-load has gone live, is there any news on the keys yet and when they'll arrive? Or if they have been sent in yet etc?
replyAs mentioned in the notice, Bandai will send keys to all partners in the morning (EU time) so that's not much longer. You'll still be able to preload, you just need to wait for them to send the keys to us. Sorry the situation is not ideal and we hoped we'd get keys sooner but its out of our hands right now.
When your key is available an email will be sent to let you know you can pick it up and preload.
replyThank you for explaining! I think some of us may just be slightly impatient that they may not arrive before release. Thank you for explaining that it's not the case here though!
replyYou don't need to worry it'll definitely be before release (hours at this point), this isn't the first time we've done a pre-order with Bandai as we've been working with them several years. You'll be able to preload as soon as possible and play at launch.
