As mentioned in the notice, Bandai will send keys to all partners in the morning (EU time) so that's not much longer. You'll still be able to preload, you just need to wait for them to send the keys to us. Sorry the situation is not ideal and we hoped we'd get keys sooner but its out of our hands right now.
When your key is available an email will be sent to let you know you can pick it up and preload.

replyYou don't need to worry it'll definitely be before release (hours at this point), this isn't the first time we've done a pre-order with Bandai as we've been working with them several years. You'll be able to preload as soon as possible and play at launch.
