Bandai just posted the release+preload schedule saying Steam preload will be available on the 22nd for North/South Americas so are we getting the keys on the 22nd?

replyKeys are already on order from Bandai, they'll be with us soon do not worry. Likely when the preload occurs (if one does). There's still plenty of time left. It's down to the publisher to send the keys at this point.

If I can't activate and change language setting to Japanese on Steam after the key released, can I refund it ?
That's the information from Steam yes but our versions (EU/NA) will be locked for your region anyway, you won't be able to activate.
replyI will go to United States and make new Steam account. So, don't worry about region lock problem :)
