I just bought a 2nd copy of Elden Ring to give to a friend, but it's under review? Could you possibly speed this up somehow? I'm hoping my friend can preload the game before release since they go to sleep soon. Thank you! <3

replyIt was showing a week ago that is activates in my region . Now that while I was about to preorder. It says it won't activate in my region
replyLocks were changed weeks ago, which was a decision by the publisher. We have no control over that, but you can always purchase from the UK/DE/FR stores and it'll work for you.

replyHello! The pre-load has gone live, is there any news on the keys yet and when they'll arrive? Or if they have been sent in yet etc?
replyAs mentioned in the notice, Bandai will send keys to all partners in the morning (EU time) so that's not much longer. You'll still be able to preload, you just need to wait for them to send the keys to us. Sorry the situation is not ideal and we hoped we'd get keys sooner but its out of our hands right now.
When your key is available an email will be sent to let you know you can pick it up and preload.

replyKeys will be sent by Bandai as soon as possible, you'll be able to preload but it may be just after the preload goes live. Worry not you will be able to preload. We cannot speed up the key delivery unfortunately.
replyBandai just posted the release+preload schedule saying Steam preload will be available on the 22nd for North/South Americas so are we getting the keys on the 22nd?
replyKeys are already on order from them and have been since before the weekend, we're hoping to receive them sometime tomorrow if all goes well.
