Thanks, it works. If anyone is interested in the global version and you also have PCR version, delete the PCR version from your Steam account (it's not really a deletion, as it can be restored at any time) through Steam Support before attempting to install the global version. Otherwise, Steam will download the PCR exe files with global version instead global version's exe files(stupid af lol) and attempt to install the PCR version when you try to run the global version.
