I think it's just desperation :) Lenovo handles the giveaway but I don't think they have a support email or chat, so everyone immediately comes to ask us even though their instructions specifically say "once you have voucher redeem it on Gamesplanet". People are like that. Despite numerous information notices like the comment pinned on top we still get the same hundreds of questions on our support email. :(
