If not possible, do I need to purchase a new one and activate it from a foreign account?
replyYou've purchased the Premium Edition, so my understanding is that you will get the Season Pass DLC content as soon as its available. If they make an expansion or something later down the line its unlikely that our keys will work for it in your region.
