replyThe North American version can now be purchased without region locking, but the DX version still seems to be region-locked. Why is there this difference?
Hi there, the region locks are decided by the publisher and we have no control over them. The simple answer is - that's what publisher decided - we sadly don't know the details why they decided so, sorry :(

replySince the RE:3 version was also released at the last minute, I think I'll wait until February to see if the DX version gets released?
If there's no change even a week before release, I'll consider buying the UK version :)
