replyYes, sorry I was referring to the free game keys provided in connection with the ASUS game codes. I have been trying to redeem my code from ASUS for a couple of weeks now -code was received on March 3rd- and kept telling me "this code can not be used anymore"; maybe I am just slower than the others to redeem my code and so just missing out on availability each time, so my question is will the code still be honored by GamesPlanet after the April 6th, 2026 deadline for those of us who have been trying for a while now, but still unable to redeem our codes for a game key?
Also just to confirm I am trying to use it against the correct product, it is for the base game version of Resident Evil Requiem, and not the deluxe version, correct?

replyASUS promo keys are out of stock and only since Monday evening, not sure where you got march 9th from. We'll have keys as soon as possible once capcom has sent them it might as early as tomorrow.
replyMarch 9th someone named RafalM said wait for a refill. then again on the 17th you replied out of keys. This seems to be a really bad way to do a game promotion. I'll finally get my Resident Evil code when Crimson Desert is out. Great. I bet if i paid 60$ i could get a key right now though from you guys? I'd chargeback ASUS and Capcom for this mess lol

Hey, yes everyone has the error because we've ran out of promo keys. No need to be angry, we're doing our best to resolve this as soon as possible and you'll still get the key. It's just taking a bit longer than we hoped.
replyI'm not really angry and appreciate that you are being so responsive. But this system for key redemption is the worst I've seen. ASUS should have really handled this better and is the one to blame. Instead they offload the process to someone else, and involve a merchant site that most people have never heard of.
This was a major release game and a deal with ASUS, a massive company in the PC industry. It should have been something you can generate, not have to email someone at CAPCOM for. Completely ridiculous.
As we've seen from Gamers Nexus though, ASUS doesn't like to be very proactive in consumer support unless forced.

replyHey, as mentioned on the promotional page we've temporarily ran out of promo keys and are waiting for the publisher to restock. please keep hold of your voucher and once we have new keys you'll be able to redeem. We don't have an ETA, but it should be within the next few days, possibly even later today.
