Anybody who has redeemed this promo (which began running earlier outside of North America) did the status on the Asus account for the promo change to "The registration submitted successfully. Please find game code in your mail box." but no email actually gets sent right away? Seems a bit odd, it's been a day in this status and I have not received a thing from them yet.
replyHey, you'll need to speak to ASUS - we're not handling distribution and cannot assist. Try giving it a couple days and see what happens, check spam as well just to be safe.
