That's the first time it happened, which we resolved within a few days the same as this issue.
Keys are limited and we do our best to keep them supplied for the promotion but sometimes demand outweighs supply (even regular sales) but we're not able to speed up the delivery any quicker it's down to the publisher.
You'll still get the game as advertised we just don't have any ETA at the moment. We may even get them tomorrow all being well.
If you purchase a key yes it's a separate package for retail customers vs Asus. You probably won't have to wait long, we just ask patience while we wait for the publisher. If we could make it quicker we would.
