Not getting the game and noone responding to my messages.
Whenever i try to claim the game I recieve a 1014 error. Would not reccommend anyone to shop from here not worth the 5% discount I have been waiting all day and stil not gotten anything.

We reached out to you via email, you purchased from the US store and are located in the EU. You'll have to grab it from one of the EU stores. Refunds are not instant, it can take up to 48 hours to return back but it's being processed.
