You should have access to the payment account you're paying from otherwise we may assume that the payment was unauthorised since the person to which the account belongs to did not confirm the purchase and in that case we simple cancel and refund the order to protect the account holder. If you have problems accessing your PayPal account you should edit that email address on your PayPal account - you can do that.
