Even worse when the complete edition on the steam page HAS the new DLC. I just came here because of the sale.

This is a publisher thing, while we do try to keep the complete edition updated we can't always prevent new dlc coming out (which I am guessing you're talking about). Feel free to mention what DLC is missing and we'll try to update it for the future.
