The reason why you may be additionally charged lies with your payment provider/bank. They apply their currency exchange rate and may apply currency exchange fees or international payment fees. To know exactly what these charges are you should contact them. Only they will be able to tell you how much that transaction will cost you.
As for tax, we are business registered locally, we pay tax in US and that tax is already included in the price. There is no additional tax charge that is not being displayed here.
