We know the regional lock situation isn't clear cut, we're working on things and will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know about it. If you'd prefer you can request a refund and pick it up from the UK store instead.

Also, since I'm from Saudi Arabia, can I get the German/British or French steam key if the US one is region locked for me even though I pre-ordered on the US store? Will I get my money back to my bank account if I want a refund? I have so many questions hopefully you guys can provide some answers at least.

Wait until recently it was fine but I just noticed that it says:
Purchase the region safe version from: Gamesplanet UK, Gamesplanet Germany, Gamesplanet France
Will not activate in your region!
Do I need to refund ? I have pre ordered this months ago I didn't know of these restrictions
For now you do not need to worry, we're trying to discuss things with the publisher. We'll reach out to customers affected prior to release, if you prefer you can buy it from the UK/DE/FR store instead or wait for feedback.
I would rather wait but like I said I am from EU and when I pre ordered it it said that the game activates in my region, but if need be I will refund I guess
will this 15% off deal still be on when the game comes out? Im going to be buying it on Steam when it comes out and trying it on my pc and if it runs ill be refunding it on that and buying it here after to safe $10.
Should be fine for you, though we're waiting final confirmation for locks from Bandai. If it does end up not being locked we'll reach out before release.
