Hello :)
I'm Japanese. Store page shows that ELDEN RING has Japanese subtitle. Is it true ?
If I can't activate and change language setting to Japanese on Steam after the key released, can I refund it ?
I would like to buy this game. I am from Turkey. So europe zone. Now i see that there is no any option to buy this game. Regios issue. When can i buy this game ? You will solve this lock ?
I have got 40 Dollar in the my wallet of us store. I need to use this money. Soon it will not be available. It was a promotion code. I cant see this money in other stores.
Is there any chance we'll be getting the keys a few days before launch so we can do the pre-install? I see that some things evidently aren't finalized, so I understand if you don't have a definitive answer yet.
Keys should be available in time for the preload, assuming there is one. Worry not we're working directly with Bandai and will get keys as soon as they are available.
Hi there, sadly it's not that easy as we are contractually obliged to sell the region locked key in the region it comes from (US keys on US store, EU keys on EU). However customer has the right to buy the key from whatever storefront he chooses.
Unfortunately the region restrictions are out out of our hands and were only informed recently by the publisher, which affects all retailers. If you still wish you can grab it from the UK/DE/FR store.
How long does it take before I can spend my refunded money in the UK/DE/FR store? Right now it only looks like I can spend the refunded money here in the US store.
Hey, it's changed once and that was a decision from the publisher who only recently decided that it would be this way. We had no say in this choice. I understand the frustration but it was out of our control. It's not just us, all stores are in the same boat.
You're of course free to request a refund as you like, we will be reaching out shortly to explain the situation to all customers.
All I am saying is that if you are unsure if a key would work or not - don't advertise that it will, now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back which is a bit annoying.
If I am from Chile, can I buy the product? In my case I bought it here, although I still ask.
replyHi there, yes it will activate in Chile :)

That's the information from Steam yes but our versions (EU/NA) will be locked for your region anyway, you won't be able to activate.
replyI will go to United States and make new Steam account. So, don't worry about region lock problem :)
replyThank you for response.

Either way we'll refund the purchase for you.

replyThe information keeps changing so I am requesting a refund and buying it somewhere else.
Maybe next time sort out details like this BEFORE you start selling pre-orders.
